Allen and Michele are the senior pastors of Compass Church. They have been married since 1996 and have seven, YES SEVEN, children, Brandi, Natalie, Sasha, Austin, Jessica,  Anna and Hampton. Allen and Michele have a vision to see people live a victorious life through the love and grace of God.
Allen has an engaging teaching style that mixes humor, inspiration, and personal stories. He challenges people from all walks of life in their personal faith to walk in the victory God has for their life.
Michele is a fun-loving, missionary at heart. She has a heart for the nations and works to improve the lives of orphan children. She is a teacher, organizer, entrepreneur, encourager and leader.
Together, Allen and Michele are making an impact on their city, nation and world!

Austin is an on-fire young minister who is passionate about seeing people understand the Word of God and live a life of victory through God's promises. A recent graduate of Rhema Bible Training College School of Pastoral Ministry, Austin is excited about his future in ministry and his role at Compass Church.

Nathan and Anna are natural born kid-magnets! That's why they are the perfect leaders for our Children's ministry. Both graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center, Anna and Nathan have answered this call to kid's ministry with enthusiasm and professionalism. They are still enjoying the bliss of being newlyweds and are excited about their future at Compass Church.
